Ingersoll Consulting Inc. (ICI) is a cutting edge small business IT consulting firm specializing in Information Assurance and related services and Investigative Analysis/Data Sharing software tools. ICI is currently involved in three long term projects at the FBI involving Information Assurance Services including Certification and Accreditation, Penetration and Risk Assessment, Policy Development, Security Education and Training. Other services include Business Process Reengineering, Systems Administration, Quality Assurance, and Requirements Analysis. ICI recently presented it's first Cold Case Investigations class at the Dr.  Henry C. Lee Forensic Science Center at the University of New Haven in Conecticut. This course enables users to operate the ICI Cold Case Analysis Toolkit (CCAT)  to manage the extensive volumes of data typically encountered in cold case investigations and facilitate a streamlined analysis of a cold case. The course demonstrates how the CCAT software package can process data in highly searchable formats while recognizing user created associations for further critical analysis. At the end of the course the student walks away having organized their case by meaningful categories and linking key elements of the case as well as having created a case timeline.    The picture taken above is the course instructor Eric Ingersoll with Dr. Henry C.
