ICI's Cold Case Analytical Toolkit (CCAT) is a multi faceted analytical tool designed to assist law enforcement with managing large amounts of previously captured documents (via OCR) and case facts, allowing seamless management of data while providing a fresh analytical perspective to all related evidence.
